DEPOSIT – To help minimize last minute room block cancellations and make rooms available for all, A non-refundable deposit equal to the cost of the first night of your stay will be charged to the card used to secure the reservation 30 days before check in. You may cancel your reservation before then to avoid paying the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of check in are not refundable.

This venue features a modern convention center with large ballrooms adjacent to one another. Swing Fling registration, vendor areas and the hotel restaurant and lobby bar are just outside the conference center on the lobby level. Grocery, pharmacy, liquor, restaurants and every modern convenience are less than 1 mile away. Lots of high-tech innovations are built into this place. We’ll have large video displays all over the place, and they even pump oxygen into the rooms to energize dancers all night long. Enjoy the hot tub, indoor pool, fitness center and more amenities!

Get There!
FLY – Dulles (IAD) international airport is 5 minutes away. Free shuttle service provided by Hyatt Regency picks up at IAD airport curbs 2B and 2G at lower baggage claim every 30 minutes (7am – 11pm) it does a steady loop. 11pm-6:30am: CALL THE HOTEL to ask them to send it 703-713-1234 . For your return, make your request at the Front Desk.
DRIVE – Parking is FREE in Hyatt’s regular parking lots for event attendees. Overflow parking: 6pm Friday-7am Monday in the “2340” garage. To avoid towing, do not park in any other garages or outside of these times.
METRO – Silver line stop is 1 block away!
EAT – Food trucks Friday, Saturday, & Sunday late. Flights & Bistro restaurant and the lobby bar will be open late. A large suburban shopping plaza with more than 2 dozen familiar restaurants and stores is less than 5 minutes away.
